the center peice of the truck is carbon fiber taek.......cause when u by a carbon fiber trunk it doesnt come with that peice.....

I actually ordered two of them.. one was included in the kit with my dash, and the other I got from Kreative Import.. I think it was around $60.. I actually am trying to sell it.

the c/f trunk handle comes without the emblem. looks like the person who owns the car in the above pic put the emblem on there.

But does it have the cut out for the emblem ?

the krazykustomz one doesn't have the "cut out" for the emblem. I ordered it like December 20 and I still don't have it yet

I want an actual replacement garnish not just a cover, without the emblem cut out, and it shouldn't cost over $60 let alone $100

same here came from scion dealer.... :D but its getting a small BUMP when it stack a wet/water stuff to it :tap: which is been replace once in a dealer (got warranty) thats why i want a real CF now... and now the new one it still getting a small BUMP again! :doh: but when it get to sunlight and heated it it flatten again.... weird! :tap:

oh yea its only a overlay..... :tap:

That sucks.. I made sure mine wasn't going to do that. Mine hasn't had any issues yet... I actually like mine the way it is.. I will keep only that emblem.

haha, you make like im in the middle of no where...i mean it is far, shipping times are longer than mainland people, but I ususally receive packages from USPS from the mainland in anywhere from 3 days to 10 days max after it is shipped. I have receieved packages from UPS next day air, 2day air, fedex three day air all on time. Even UPS ground and Fedex Ground arrived from east coast destinations in about a week. My package wasn't even SHIPPED yet. don't be ignorant about the shipping times to hawaii. The shipping delay for my product is because they haven't shipped it yet, not because it takes THAT long for it to ship to Hawaii.

well update on my krazy kustomz trunk handle, after ordering on decemeber 18, it finnally arrived via UPS 2 day air yesterday. Fitment was pretty crappy because you can see the original body color on the sides and what not. I'm probably just going to paint the stock piece black so its not too noticable. it also doesn't sit real flush, you can tell its an overlay because of how much higher it sits.

again say, especially since that looks like ____ on the white tc. someone needs to make an actual replacement cover instead just a sticker to cover it.

I don't think mine looks like poop... of course thats just my opinion...

Thats just an overlay but I took it off. I want to fill in that spot wear the emlem is then recover it or just get a real piece.

anyone know if the bbist trunk handle comes smooth ( no cutout for emblem) or with the cut-out? I want with NO cutout. Im afraid to buy the overlay ones.. from what I have seen so far they all have terrible fitment. I dont understand why companys do that... if they are going to spend the money on something.. take the interest in doing it and going through all the processes.. then why not do it right the first time? its like they are wasting their money cutting corners trying to save money. :tap:

its flat if you look at the bbist original post you can see the emblem is just stuck on the outside. not indented.
