Default ZPI/Agency comes out with lightweight V.2 pulley

I put my V.1 pulley on just before they started selling the V.2....they said......"We have been unhappy with the current manufacturing of our pulley with the quality control being loose and the ribs being over, up to .030." i wrote ZPI about it and no response. i'm worried about my car messing up in the near future now. anyone know what zpi is going to do about it?

PM them online here... They may take care of you... I hope they will if you have problems... If you don't hear back from them... they are usually able to be phoned up pretty easy as well...

I remember seeing them mention that they have never had any problems with the v1 pulley... check with them though.. they may let you swap to a v2 pulley .. their customer service is good

Hi, This is Matt from Agency-Power. Thank you for purchasing our pulley from ZPI. I want to take a minute to clear the air with ZPI's 1.0 pulley. There are no manufacturing issues or defects with this part. Please feel free to contact me directly or contact ZPI. You should also check out the silicon radiator hoses that are available from Agency-Power. They are available in Red, Blue and Black. They are a great dress up part and last the life of your car. A great upgrade!

Thanks,
Matt

They didn't decide that... ZPI wanted their own pulley setup, so went away from Agency Power.... Agency has their own product.

call them, they are always very happy to help out, writing something on a forum isn't going to get you a response faster then a phone call.

If you're not having problems with the pulley, you never will.

We had some returns, people who complained of excess noise, etc.. This may have been install error.

We haven't had any trouble with our new pullies, and they
re even lighter than the AP unit. Just like the supercharger pullies, these are designed by us, unlike the AP unit.
