Default debating on exhaust..help

Hello all, Was debating on which exhause I wanted. I was reading opinions on some from the reviews. Im not a big fan of those angle tips I believe they are called. So I was wondering what you guys would recommend and some info, maybe HP, price, pics?

what I found for a good price IMO is this one.
Injen Axle-Back System from here.

Also take a look at the precisionmuffler.com axleback, it's quiet with a header setup and also can get a good tip for it.

I will always recommend the Greddy SP2 - Assuming you want a clean sounding exhaust and not a loud "Hey im a tuner!" exhaust.

All the axlebacks pretty much give the same HP, so my main drive for buying the Greddy SP2 was the clean deep sound.

Just be cautious with the GReddy setups, as you'll need to add a resonator for sure when you add an A/M header... or else raspiness....

hey, vanberg... I grew up in Sparta, MI - On Camp Lake... Wouldn't expect to see too many tC's around them parts.

I've always liked the sound of the INJEN axleback since the day I assisted in doing the sound meter test. I'm aptiently waiting to see and hear the STRUP axleback that should be here shortly, as do my customers.

Shoulda bought a pontiac... you'd "Fit in" better.... I hated living there as a teenager... lame cars.... and different in comparison to the west coast.

Injen is the best alternative for a straight canister muffler pricewise and performance. You figure the Greddy SP2 is almost the same design, just different muffler, That dyno'd 5hp over stock. Expect the gains to be around there +/-

I got the admittedly too expensive TRD, but it looks great, and sounds great without being fartman
I'd listen to as many as you can before you decide, but the nice thing about the TRD is you can add it to your loan if you go that route.
