I am trying to install the DVD player from my old car to my XB.
But instead of the FM module, i wanted to connect the DVD to our stock receiver.
I found this adaptor and wondering if it would work......
If anyone know... please let me know!!

I bought that adapter on the advice of someone in another thread. There is no port for that to plug into on the back of the stock Scion head unit.

i actually have that harness and was about to put it in my accord until the entire system was stolen
but our stock units dont have the IP-bus port so we either have to get an aftermarket unit or use a modulator

aww...
that's too bad.. I really like our receiver and totally hate the module..
I used to have the FM module on my old car...and when I drive down I-5 through the mountains I got terrible statics..

I thought it would work because I saw this picture at the other board...

So that's not the IP-bus port afterall?
I was hoping I can get away without changing the receiver.... :(

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!! thanx! :D
