From: What's in your Box...
I am thinking of getting HID for the box. Has anyone had issues with them in the stock head lights?Eventually I will buy projectors however I can't decide on which ones right now. What do people think is the best set?
Anyone have pics of them in the stock tail lights?. What do bulb do people recomend for the box and why. A lot of people seem to go with the 6000K why?
Thanks in advance

HIDs are for headlights. You want McCullough ballasts and from what I understand are of the better quality. Anything above 5,800k, IIRC will be bluish, and makes seeing the roadway, at night, when its raining, very hard to see.
I put 4500K in my projectors and I love 'em. They are very white.
I wouldn't reccomend putting them in stock headlights because you will blinf people coming at you. The projectors have a great cutoff so it isn't a problem. (I have the dual halo projectors)
