when i took off the entire front bumper cover to hook up my b cool billet grilles after i put it back on when i hit 60 mph my car likes to sing *aka whistle loud and annoyingly* i have a few theories
1. the brackets for the b cools are getting air channeled through them
2. the grilles are angled funny
3. my CAI metal strappy thing is blowing in the wind and is picking up vibrations off of the tube.
do any of you have any troubleshooting tips or experiences?

yeah, the b-cool grilles whistle. it because the upper grille is open on the back. you can gut a piece of plexiglass to go behind it to stop the whistle.

That'll also help keep the bugs and water out of the engine compartment.
Take a look at an RS1 for an example.
