i was wondering hows the fitment on a tc with 17x7 38mm offset please help me out!!

it will push it out to the wheel well more, should be ok and look good, stock is 45 offset and 7 inch wide so you will be ok

would it be flush in? or would it be sticking out?

shouldnt stick out and as far as i know shouldnt even be flush my rims are 17x7 with a 40mm and they seem fine i still dont have tires on them but i did throw one on just to see how they would sit

+35 is more flush. +38 is inwards 3mm... it'll be pushed out more and look better.
