I can see the pics, looks great! What are the details about your air install to get it that low on 20s, is it just a bolt on or did you have to customize/butcher some things? Any pics of those details? Thanks!

NewXBinNorCal 01-17-2006, 06:09 PM EVILDAVE - Yes, I am going to make it out to JDM this weekend.
The airbag system is from Air Lift. It is a bolt on set up. We did some minor cutting for the fronts, and the rears, we just removed the bump stops. This was done at my good buddy's shop, Tyre Treds in hayward. I love how the wheels came out. I think it looks great on the car.
Thanks for the compliments. Here are a couple more pics

Tool7f 01-17-2006, 06:14 PM That looks absolutely beautiful. Again, to reiterate what everyone's said. Those are awesome wheels. Very clean. Any pics with the bags inflated and the car up?
squirrel 01-17-2006, 06:15 PM NICE! Cort mentioned an xB getting air and DuBs, didn't know it was you! Can't wait o see it in person! Is that Southland?

hamads 01-17-2006, 08:21 PM looks badass man..but i gotta question...how'd u get positive camber on the rear????
Big_Bird 01-17-2006, 08:34 PM looks good, nice to see good craftsmanship these days
NewXBinNorCal 01-17-2006, 09:22 PM Squirrel - Definitely Southland. Got to show my home town! I live a walking distance from there!
The wheels are offset, which helps to tuck the wheels inside the wheel wells. I will get some more pics this weekend in Frisco, and post them.
Thanks again to everyone!
SmartAss 01-17-2006, 09:55 PM Looks good. I like.
Whats the specs on the wheels offsets and width?
squirrel 01-17-2006, 10:24 PM Squirrel - Definitely Southland. Got to show my home town! I live a walking distance from there!
One of my friends used to live right there also. His backyard was against the 880 south Winton offramp. I grew up in San Leandro.
NewXBinNorCal 01-17-2006, 10:39 PM Nice - parents are in San Leandro.
The wheels are 20 x 7.5 and 45MM offset.
WagenMaster 01-18-2006, 02:40 AM sorry to throw down on this thread but here is a box that has been on 20's with an air ride for a very long time!!!! oops and i think that he has suicide doors on it as well!!! hahaha
I don't think he was tryin' to say that he was the first. Nor was SmartAss....there have been several xBs with air & dubs since late '03. No thread jacking intended.
Again, props NewXBinNorCal
DStewart 01-18-2006, 03:22 AM That looks sweet, nice work. Any pics of it lifted?

i would love to see that!!!
lol!!
NewXBinNorCal 01-18-2006, 05:11 AM Hop Off!! Oh no. We are actually trying to slow down the inflation of the bags. It is too quick. We already slowed down the deflation. Much smoother. I will get some pics the weekend of the car at ride height, and maxed out. Coming soon!!!
And yeah, no way was I trying to say that I was the first to do the 20's and airbagged. Thanks WagenMaster!!
vortexofhate 01-18-2006, 05:26 AM that looks awesome...very clean

onelowbb 04-10-2006, 09:09 AM 225/30/20 is what im guessing hes running, thats what im running, some guys run the 35 series 20's but i think there a bit big
thats what i was guessing but i did not know if anyone had found a smaller 20" tire somewhere that i had not .becuse im going to be ordering some of my bag stuff in the next week and am trying too plan for wheels
dredge38 04-10-2006, 05:57 PM as of yet theres not a smaller tire out yet, and if there was i dont think i would ever want to run it, you really would be running on rubberbands then
05_JDM_bB 04-11-2006, 05:34 AM That looks crazy, reminds me of the Jada Toys xB cars they sell.
