Default Do you "wave" to other xB Drivers?

Just curious if anyone out there makes it a practice to "wave" or somehow acknowledge other boxes on the road. I have had some people wave and other people just drive by. Wondering was the masses on SL do...

I only acknowledge modded xBs

I used to wave at all xB drivers, but the people that just buy and drive it (like old people, business xBs, etc) always looked @ me funny or like I was scaring them (or simply ignored me).

I too look for some sign of youth on the xB. Should I see decals or rims, I wave. I am one of like 5 xBs in my town, so I know most of the other owners. However, a growing trand here is businesses getting them for advertising purposes. I either give a quick honk at them or the wave like I give a cop as I pass them.

These are mainly the types that I encounter...however there is this one old lady (probably mid 70's) who has a totally pimped out BOP...slammed, 18's, pinstriping...she waves back...go figure.

When I went to first look at the xB's they took me to the back of their service dept and showed me this sweet BOP. Like I said it was decked out...even had a sunroof and custom leather interior. The dealer said that they dropped at least 8 g's for accessories, then the dealer told me it was a 75 year old couple. I didn't really think it could be true but sure enough about twice a week I see the little old lady driving her slammed BOP around. It cracks me up.

I'll never understand people that still don't know what the xB is, its been out for three years, had its run of weird commercials, has billboards, and been in a lot of newspapers and magazines.

I think they just refuse to acknowledge that there's a car out there that get's better gas mileage than their car AND looks cooler.

Happy birthday sir! Dude, forty isn't old. You're really only technically thought of as "old" in my book when you stop having an open mind to new things in the world and start blaming the younger generations for the problems in the world. My neighbor when I lived up north is a prime example of the opposite of this. Bob is in his upper 70's, but he still coaches softball for high school kids for free. He waxes his 55' chevy every weekend. the guy has more muscle than most 30 year olds. he also has kids (high school / early college) stop by on their way to places just to say hey, because he's such an awesome dude. I don't think of him as "old"

I use to, but if my kids are with me we all do wave. Now we count how many Scion we see it's a fun game for them.
