Dealership, the Scion Life store, or direct from Toyota at 800-622-2033.

You can also subscribe to techinfo.toyota.com and download the manual but that takes several hours of pointing-and-clicking even with broadband.

The manuals can be downloaded from the following website.
http://techinfo.toyota.com
It does require a fee for use.
10 dollars a day or 50 dollars a month.
They also have a yearly fee of 350.
If you do join for 1 day make sure you join in the morning and download as much as you can before midnight of that day.
All accounts expire at midnight.
What I did was open the file, it downloads into Adobe Acrobat Reader (I had to click refresh to actually see the image), "save as" created my own file names directed all to a folder on my hard drive. My total download was 743 files @ 44.2MB. Plan on about 4 hours of constant clicking.
All in all, very well worth the time.
