Did most member buy theirs new or used?

 

I bought mine used in Oct 04,and have been happy ever since

 

I bought mine slightly used...

 

brand new, I hit the 2nd mile myself .

 

bought mine new, but looked at a used one today for my gf... they wanted 15,993 for a 2005 w/ only 4500 miles on it.... might hold off to get the RS3.0

 

That's a high price if it is bone stock.

 

Bought mine used and the wife loved it so that I had to buy her a new one.

 

bought BN. at that time there was a used one as well and it was the same price as the new ones.

 

Bought a new one. Didn't even really consider a used one, because the prices aren't that much different.

 

Bought mine used but it was taken care of just like I would have.

 

Bought mine brand new, I think...it had 36 miles on it...

 

bought mine used traded 03 sxt neon for it i'll never own anything but another scion

 

bought mine used w/ 68 miles on it for 12,000 and it had been taken well care of xcept for a small scrape on the front lip witch u couldnt see unless u got down on ur knees so no prob there

 

Used with 16,000 miles and: the leather steering wheel, limo tint, fog lights, interior lighting, door sills, sport pedals, floor mats, strut bar, security alarm and ugly blue rims! $12,800.00 yipeeeeeee

 

I've never even seen a used Scion in a lot until today (an xA). I've seen a few online.

At this point I prefer new due to the high resale prices and warranty lifetime. The Scion is a relatively delicate car, and I'd be concerned that a used one could be pretty beat, especially with the toll that Pittsburgh terrain and weather take on cars.

 

I bought mine used, I had negative equity in my Ford Ranger and Scion said I couldn't reansfer that over to the new car. I ended up purchasing a used one and I am very happy I did so...

 

How much negative did you roll over into your xB?

 

BINGO! Exactly the reason why I bought mine brand new... Besides, I had even seen some used models going for MORE MONEY than a new one! And they did NOT have any upgrades/mods!!!

Nucking futs, isn't it?

 

Bought the 05 used got an 06 with 460 miles.. dealer used it, I guess.. Very happy with both..
