We need to go ahead and figure out when our next meet is going to be. I think we need to stay away from a restaurant as it is too loud and not enough gets done at restaurants. The only Sunday I have off that I can be at a meet for the whole day is February 26th. I know it is a ways off, but we need to plan it now. Let me know if this date is ok with everyone and we will get it set up then.

Oppps, I'm gonna be in Detroit for a big family thing that weekend and the following weekend I'll be back up there for the indoor Autorama show representing with the Scion Evolution Detroit group.

What if we just wait and have our next meet mid-March? The weather will be nicer and I will have all my new mods done by then.

We can do both of these options. Have our next meet end of Feb and then one in mid March. This will enable us to get to a once a month meet like we need to be at.

sounds good to me, just a thought...sometime could all cruise downtown to take a few shots on top of the parking garages? I've had some thoughts about taking the "Box" to the top of the parking garage right where that new Hooters is to take a few shots... Anyone? Here are a few sugestions Thos of us who can get together on a saturday night need to go on a cruise. I say saturday cause thats when all the ricers i mean car people hang out lol. More people are usually out on a saturday night than a sunday. We need to figure out where everyone hangs out now and cruise by there. We need to get together early enough and cruise down G town near the mall and the new dealership. then maybe head downtown and cruise around there some. We also need to scedual maybe on esunday when everyone can meet up and cruise. we could maybe have a cook out at someones house then go cruise from there. Maybe if anyone is up for cruising around saturda the 18th let me know I will make sure I am free. I will leave my other half at home lol.

I think now that the chapter is groing that we need to elect people for stuff. And try and make some changes.
here are some ideas that I have been thinking on.....

We need some people to be in charge of stuff.
We need someone to take pics
someone to keep the website updated
someone to write styff down at meetings
We need to meet at least once a month on a set day at a set place at a set time
If not than we need to plan the next meet at the current meet
I think we need to try and do some stuff as a group other than car shows so maybe other people would not think that they have to have a custom car to join.

I think it would be cool if we all got together and had a cruise that would help people know us is we all were driving together down like G-town and went to the mall or something like that.

I PM Adrain(co founder of SE) a few days ago and he said that a few of them plan on travling this summer and should be down this way and would love to meet with us and help us in any way that they can, with ideas on stuff and to kind of jump start this chappter.

I know it is winter time and there is not a whole lot going on, but this is THE time to start planning stuff so people have time to plan for events, Like Greenville , or the next Exposed, whatever it may be. We need to get our name out there if we want people to come find us to join and us not turning over rocks trying to find people.

It will be cool and I think whoever takes over the Scion part will still want us promoting the place. It makes them look good whenever we hang out in the lot. The potential customers see this and it helps sells cars. IMO

All I can say is wait until you see this place. Jeff, you might have to change your review of Performance because this place is ten times nicer. There is a gas station on grounds out there. There is an automated car wash that will wash your car after an oil change. All of the service department is heated and air conditioned so they attach a pipe to the end of your exhaust that pumps the exhaust fumes out of the building. It is unbelieveable to see this monstrosity of a dealership. There are plasma screens in the customer lounge along with real leather chairs for customers to wait in. I have never seen anything like it. It is supposedely the nicest Toyota dealership in the country right now.
