Default Looking for a pair of JDM fog lights for a xB

Need help finding a new pair of JDM fog lights for my xB. I would go with the factory stock, but I've read too many people saying they're crap. :?

Any have any links?

Thanks.

What's the difference in the bB fog lights? They look the same to me.

Because they're from Japan, they add like 20 horses at the wheels.

The USDM foglights are smoked, which significantly reduces the light output. The JDM fogs have the same shape, with a clear lens, and with a good 9006 bulb in there, those fogs are BRIGHT! I wanna get a set too!

teh JDM fog lights are diamond plated on the inside like our headlights and the regular fogs are not. So the JDM fogs are brighter.

Hmmm...I am actually pretty happy with the output of the USDM foglights. They don't seem smoked to me. The fact that they rub against the Intake is another issue.

They didn't finish the insides. It's not so much the light output as it is the dull look to the housings, IMO...

See the difference between the headlight and the foglight in this pic:

I got some JDM fog's from Carson, if I recall the price was more like $220. Ordered then from "Collin" I believe his name was.

For those who are into badge engineering, Carson's prices on JDM badges were/are less than those on eBay or elsewhere on the 'net

If you read like 2-3 posts above, the difference is that the plating on the inner housing of the JDM fogs are diamond finished, so they appear lighter in the day time while off, and emit more reflective light while on at night.

The usdm ones are more of a smoked look, and thus not as bright as night.

I thought we had a problem with people not doing searches--don't tell me it's gotten as bad as people not even bothering to read answers to their questions in the same topic that they reply in!!!!!!!!

I checked the bB website, and to get them in japan from a dealer is $210, so the $220-235 isn't a bad deal.
