Im Getting one soon, and I want to upgrade pretty much want everything upgraded at one point in time...but I figured i'd make it go before I make it look good. So after market, what would be a good place to start upgrading proformance? and what should brands should I look for? As far as using the car goes, i'll be using it pretty much daily for school and what not, but I also want somthing that I can have a little fun with.

I think your best bet would be just browsing the forums, reading all posts that you find interesting, maybe even those you don't (you usually learn something new), picking up stuff as you go. It'd take eons for me to sit here and transcribe to you everything I've learned, but read all you can and check out the parts review section if you like something.

I'll give this a shot- popular brands in popular areas:

Intakes: Injen, K&N, Fujita (spelling?), Weapon R
Exhaust: TRD, Injen, Greddy has a couple, Draxxas, there are many many brands. Hopefully someone who is more familiar with all of them will post up.
Header: Alphawerks, DC Sports, Megan, Monster Motorworks
Turbo: ZPI Stages 0-2, Dezod, Turbonetics, probably more
Supercharger: TRD
Springs: TRD, Tein S-tech, Tein H-tech; Goldline, Eibach, Tanabe, Hotchkis, I know there are more
Coilovers: Tein (many varieties), Hotchkis, Progress, etc.
Sway Bars: Progress, TRD, Hotchkis, etc.
Brakes: StopTech is popular, they have a few different stages and offerings

That's the performance stuff to get you started- outside, most people opt for the S2000 antenna (off the Honda but we don't steal them... I don't think), the Kaminari body kit is generally accepted as attractive, TYC tail lights are controversial. Also look into various smoked lenses (look for Zoltiz on this site, or Rockblocker or Blue Batmobile), and I guess a tint is also a pretty good idea.

That should give you plenty of stuff to research, just remember to use the Search button to avoid getting on everyone's bad side right off the bat.

I was thinking Black initially, than getting a few decals or body kits later on...so the color may change.
