I was looking at a few on ebay i just wanted to know if it was worth the trouble? Becuase its not like im gonna be taking corners doing 100. Also, any one have any suggestions on other options? Im not looking to spend a ton of money but after new wheels whats worth it?

It does just what it's named. It braces the front strut towers.

Yes, strut bar work! AND you don't have to go 100mph to see them work. Front Strut bars keep the front of the car very firm around turns.
Try taking off the front strut brace and then taking your car out for a drive. I found it best to do this about thoes 30mph turns. Take a few good turns then go back to your garage. Put back on the brace and go back around thoes turns. You will see that the car will now hug the corners better stay closer to the bottom of the turn and take the turn at a high speed.
1pc desgine strut bars are better and have even less flex like the Neuspeed bar.

The strut bars with adjustable ends are good also they just flex a little more and don't keep the fram as firm

Adjustable strut braces are good for rally racers, they get to tune the suspension more. BUT I don't think anyone is gonna rally race an xB.
You really wont notice a difference between the to BUT the 1pc desgines are better!

i got one of those strut bars off ebay. of course not the best thing in the world, but it works and it looks nice. it a good cheap mod. i would recomend it.
