CARB certification is in process and pending. I was not aware that ANYONE has received CARB certification on this vehicle as of yet.

There are no kits that are CARB cert yet turbo wise. There may be people in the process like Turbonetics but it takes a long time to pass CARB.

I never said that our Sound Performance kit was carb legal. I did say that it does have any cell lights and in IL all they do now is plug your car in check for codes and test your gas cap. So it will pass IL carb test..

Please be aware that a turbo kit that is "smog" legal and one that is CARB certified are two totally different things. The Turbonetics kit comes with a CAT as part of the kit. It is also available with out the CAT for higher performance numbers.

Turbo kits very well may pass smog sniffers when you have it tested in various states depending upon there testing requirements but this does not mean that it will be "legal", especially in California where CARB certification is required.

I hope this helps clear things up.
