I've seen TYC taillights on a tC but i've never seen them actually ON at night. Anyone have any pictures to show? much appreciated, thank you

I wanted to get some of these and smoke out the top Eddnog style. Then I remembered it would be soooo illegal in california since your tail lights have to be red.

 

but then arent the bottom halfs red anyway? even if u smoke the top half

 

nah its all clear the LEDs themselves glow red. but i think i might do a light smoke where you still can see it.. that or imma redout em.

your tails dont have to be red in cali... thats a misunderstanding. i plan to completely smoke out my tyc's. the thing is though, it is state required that every car have two red reflectors in the rear of the car, they are usually built into the taillights, but if you smoke them they are no longer visible....that is why you would need to add two little reflectors.. like the rx-7's their lights arent red, their factory smoked...but on the rear bumper they have the reflectors see:

wow that rs1 used that TYC sticker for good use... looks really nice dude. and i didnt expect the TYC tails to look that nice at night.. great pic!

 

They look even nicer when the picture is crystal clear! Too bad that pic came out a bit blurry, but I just snapped one.
