People that have a xB and a short shifter that are tall around 6'1 and taller...is it to short for you to reach were your having to stretch some to reach it?

 

i got an xa with 3" shorter shifter.. had it cut and rewelded... you're really going to reach no matter what, unless you drive with your knees touching the dash. you get used to it, i put some washers under my front bolts of my seat to raise it some then reclined it forward more so my upper body is more towards the steering wheel and shifter and it works great. i don't really reach. i'm 6'1 by the way.

 

I've got the TRD short shifter, The throws are alot shorter and crisper, but I don't think the stalk(?) is any shorter. I'm postive it isn't actually. I can recommend it, I'm very happy with it.

FYI: I am short (5'6") but I can still tell the stick isn't any shorter.
