So I searched around for an old post, but couldn't find it.

I'm looking to see what you all recommend as a good window tint shop in the area. I remember a popular one was Express Tint in Centreville. And LA Tint in Manassas was mostly disliked.

What's the consensus these days? Looking to tint my wife's Escape....

My guy did a few scion memebers here and they praise him. I take all my cars to him now. Call Carlos at 301-498-7333 and tell them that you are from Scionlife.

 

btw he is in laurel which is not that far from nova.

 

I got mine done at Xpress Tint in centreville, they did a great job.

 

express tint is awesome and their receptionist is HOT! Not sure if she still works there or not...

I got mine done at Express. They did a good job. Altho there was a bubble on the back window tint and they took care of it the following weekend. You can't even tell the bubble was there. I also had to replace the passanger side tint due to a scratch and it was also completed. But once again I gotta go back cause just last week I saw that one of my windows has dirt in it. Thank god for the warrenty. I know LA Tint does not cover anything if u go with any type of dark tint (basically if its illegal).

 

Yea, the warrenty is off the chain...purple, scratched, keyed, window destroyed, anything replaced!

 

I took mine to LA Tint in herndon/sterling right off of 28. Lifetime warrenty and really nice work.

 

in a year, youll have purple tints and when you bring your car back, their going to use a scale to see if your tints are purple enough before they replace your tints but there going to say your tints arnt purple enough. they will only replace your tint if its 100% purple. lol

East Coast Tint on route 17 in Fredericksburg is good. A little pricey, but the guy there custom cuts everything and guarantees everything for life. I just got a ticket for the tint a month ago and he said he would remove it for free and replace it with a legal one for $70. Just materials.

if ur lookin for something close try the tint shop in Alexandria next to the marlo furniture plae if u know where im talkin bout

 

The LA Tint in Alexandria near Ft. Belvior does great work.

 

i got mine done at Freeway Tint in Faifax. they did a pretty good job
