dam that looks pretty good. i always though powder coating was the best way to change the color of rims but i guess this can save a lot of money. how is it over time though?

what im wondering is if the aircraft stripper will eat through any masking? I want to paint the stocks, but only the spokes. If the stripper eats away the finish, then thats out of the question for the way i want to paint the rims.

^^ you should use the stripper on the wheel first then clean it and then put on the masking, maybe that will help you on it.. i plan to this too on my stock rims, but i'm not paintin the whole thing, just the top of the spokes, i'm leaving the sides the stock color lol.. i saw someone who did this but in gold thought it lookd nice lol (props to whoever did it!)

Please post some pics when you're done, I'm considering the same but it'd be nice to see how it looks first.

Professional paint job is best for the best turn out...but it is easy as you can read to do. I got a guy doing my stock ones for only 100 in broze or black !
