Is it possible to relocate stock seats farther back?

Is it possible to relocate stock seats farther back?
Does anyone know if I could move the entire seat assembly back a few inches. I have a herniated disc in my back so I need to sit straight up. Being that I'm 6'2" doing this puts me too close to the wheel. If I could relocate the seats back ,that would make things a lot more comfortable.
