Default gettin' new rims -need help with size & the other stuff

i'll be gettin the Rota Wheels D2 soon, but i don't really know about the offset and that stuff .. can someone help me.. heres a link with all the sizes available ( http://www.rotawheels.com/products.php?id=66 )

i'll be gettin TRD springs.. and i want to keep the 17" size.. which will be a good set?

also does anybody know how to take tires off of rims? or would that be dumb? haha because i'm on a budget and was hopin' i could take off my old tires from the stock wheels and put em on the new rims - dont want the tires to be a waste & plus i might sell the stock rims w/o tires.

but can anybody help me? i don't know the stock tire size also, i been readin the stickies under this section and there a bit confusing so help please!

I would say take your car to a shop to have them swap tires if you need to. My dealer will do all 4 for $50 + tax. Not bad.

If you go to www.discounttire.com you can "search" your car and it will give you all the options and sizes/offsets for wheels and tires.

take your car into a shop and have them remove your tires from your stock wheels to your new wheels, I would call around and get pricing though You may find them as a package with the wheels and tires if you search around, might be a better deal. Since you are sticking with a small wheel I would suggest 17x8 in wheel size.

FYI, 205/40R17 are a little small. Regarding 17" wheels, you might want to check the "Tire Rack" site at http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=DJ1&url=index.jsp, for guarantee trouble free/rub free wheel fitments and recommended tires sizes!
