Default Door Poppers

I tried to search but didn't really see my answer. How is it that some people can tie in door poppers to there already installed car alarm remote?

On my remote I have unlock/lock. If it is tied in to the unlock I would think all 4 doors would pop open Can someone explain for a newb in this realm.

you might have to get a separate remote control that can actually pop open each door by choice.

Most people have aftermarket alarms that have door poppers. I know I have mine I use 4 door poppers and window mods with takes up 5 channels on my keypad.

If your looking to add all the door poppers you will need to buy a really good alarm system. Most of the paging units have that amount.

This is what I expected. Is it possible to keep your current alarm system yet just install the poppers with a remote?

For example then I would use my current alarm remote to unlock/lock teh doors and then use the new remote to pop the doors?

Im assuming that you are going to shave your doors. There is no need to lock/unlock your dorrs. Actually, you remove the bar that goes from your outside door handle to the latch. So, yes you could, but there is no point in it.
