I'm about to get new rims, and I've decided on black 18's. Anyone have pictures of sexy black 18" rims?

^^ Those look a lot like the stock wheels. I think I'd go for something a little hotter.

^^ Not a fan actually. I haven't really found "THE" wheel for me though. The g/f is getting some Drag DR13s in Gun Metal though... they're pretty hot.

 

To each his own, I like the rims a lot more than the other rims out there on other tC. What matters is what WE like on OUR car.

Since your going with 18's I believe you have a wider variety to choose from, tons of good looking 18inch black rims out there. Hope you liked the few I showed ya.

 

i've ordered my BSP tc a week ago, so it'll arrive sometime in march... i ordered the optional 18" wheels witht the car. so what do you guys think about the optional 18" that's offered by scion? i would like a set of rims that are black double five spokes but haven't really seen any that i like. have you guys seen any?

I think since you just spent extra money on the 18's I would just sit on those for awhile. Also if you looked at the links I posted above kruz offers a pretty nice set of wheels and they are the double 5 spoke. Oh and grats on your buy

oh sorry if i didn't make myself clear. what i mean is: since i still have to wait about 3 more weeks to recieve my BSP tC, i can still call the dealership and cancel the optional 18" wheels, that's if i see something i like within the next week or so...

thanx for the help guys, those wheels look nice. but i was looking for some double 5 spoke black wheels. i the double spokes to be skinny and gets closer to each other on the outside. hmm, kinda like a star shape.

i'm kinda new to this car bussiness. so are those optional 18" any good, and what am i looking for as far as good rims? like material, weight, coating wise. i try to do most of the research myself, so far i hear that alloys cool the brakes under harsh driving.
