What are the RPMS at which the "VVT-I" (i assume similar to honda "I-VTEC" in the type s RSX's and the Si civics..) engage? I mean from what i understand, like the I VTEC , it ingages intelligently at 3 or 4 various rpm stages based on diff factors like throttle response..etc it increases the lift and timing of the Valves and the amount of gas used. Does any one know these RPM engage points?

Thanks in Advance

VVT-i and VVTL-i the later controling LIFT do not have a preset RPM in which they "engage" the system like you stated monitors various engine operating conditions and alters timing and in the later lift acordingly throughout the rev range!

Hope this helps.
