I thought about that gjpjr84, and while I plan to go F/I down the road, my only problem is that I like the HKS Hi-Power Exhaust. But with out a rear bumper to hide the massive fart can of an exhaust, it'd look like crapola? Hmm....

This is just me. Depending on your tax return I'd do the suspension. IF you know how to remove the head from the 2az (if you don't you can get a Haynes 03-05 camry book and all yah need to know to remove the head on the 2az is there) and then you can get the head p&p and valve train done for about 600-700 bucks. Thats if you can do the head removal and install yourself.
