I would check out the Auto Zone, or Pep Boys, Napa Auto Parts, or some store of that nature. They should have what you are looking for.

If I understand you correctly, I think these might be what you're looking for.

I picked up a similar pair to use in my echo. You might want to confirm fitment though.

do those metra harnesses work at all locations (i.e. doors, dash, and cargo area)?

Just want to know before I pick them up. I despise returning things

Although I am not sure, I think the answer is yes, they do work for all the locations. The wiring harness that is used for all the speakers is uniform therefore should have the same connectors.....Am I wrong anyone??

Just my 2 cents!

They are made by Metra.

I ordered this part, after searching my local stores for something that looked like it would fit. However, these harnesses don't work. Instead of returning them, I got fed up and made my own custom harnesses out of them. I detached the harness of each dash speaker and used the spades of the metra harness to fashion my own custom OEM fit harness. Works really well, and I didn't have to cut the stock female harness.

THis was for the dash speakers BTW. I happened to have really good 4 in. speakers (yes, they do actually exist) lying around from one of my former cars, so I decided to put them in the box. Sound is MUCH improved. I needed to do something until I get the design and components for my system together. I've been too busy to get anything else installed yet .

I'm glad you got them to work.. sorry they didn't fit right.

There are a few different styles, 3 I think.. all set for different years.

You have the same set-up I do now.. 4" coax in the dash. It does sound a lot better. I'm hoping to put in a component system, money permitting.

I put JBL POWER series coaxials in the dash. They cost me $150 almost 5 years ago (which is quite a bit for 4 in coaxial speakers). I have no idea why they stopped making them. THey have to be the best 4 inch coaxials I've ever heard. I have a brand new pair of infinity kappa components sitting around that I might use in my system. NOt sure yet. I may go with MB quarts instead. I think I want the silk tweeters of the infinities though. I CAN'T DECIDE . I've got lots of plans and lots of stuff just waiting to be used. Now, I need to decide and get some time to install everything.

LOL.. I have the same ones. JBL P-432s right? They do sound pretty good.

I was hoping to fit some 532s and switch them over to components with the P-Kit, but they are TOUGH to find.
