Default BCP tC dropped on 18" Bronze Enkei RSVs 'n stuff-56k no

i wanted to make another thread cuz the original one was too full .. i have the newest pics of my car w/ the 18" Bronze Enkei RSVs, dropped on Tein H-techs .. black calipers, slotted/drilled rotors, custom grilles, and Injen Cold Air Intake .. here are some pics .. the rest of the pics are on my personal site http://daggerslade.newestideas.com .. comments welcome ..

i plan on gettin Tein Basic Coilovers as my next big purchase so i can deal w/ the problem of my front wheels hittin the inside of my fenders .. im also gonna do some kind of lip kit or body kit .. not sure what .. im interested in the ABS RS1 lip kit .. id like to get it in C/F .. and then get a C/F hood .. yeah i know prolly too much C/F .. heh .. im gonna do decals the same color as my rims on the car eventually .. any comments? thanks for your interest ..

i like it, the only thing i dont like is the damn spoiler...i think that the lip spoiler is nice, or even the kanimari...that just doesnt do it for me, sorry. but nice to see your car looking so nice now, hows that intake sound?

funny you should say you dont like the spoiler .. havent had too many negative comments about that .. ive had that for a year .. i love that thing .. more dramatic then the lip spoiler w/out goin overboard .. the intake sounds sweet .. w/ the TRD exhaust .. good combo .. has a nice hiss and growl when ya gun it at 3k RPMs in 3rd .. i can definitely notice better acceleration .. im impressed ..

that is a perfect drop
the wheels look flush to the body

question: You're having problems with the front wheels?

yeah .. my front wheels rub on the plastic guard inside the fender .. im gonna try to melt it and mold it outta the way .. eventually ill get coilovers so i can raise my car up a little bit .. and also the coilovers will shorten the travel of my wheels over bumps (higher dampening) ..

looks great, but one question where did you get the brake rotors from and what was the cost. also you only have them on the back rotor why not the front also.

looks great tho

those are the front rotors .. does that answer yer question? im guessin ya cant see it very well in the pics .. heres a close up .. i got them on Ebay .. $130 for the set of 4 plus shipping from Rotorworks .. they look nice and perform better then stock .. they are stock sized replacements .. somethin to tide ya over before ya do a real big brake kit .. i guess .. i got TRD front pads as well ..
heres a pic of what they look like by themselves ..

Nice car. I really like the way those wheels look with the BCP paint. Some tint on the windows would make it look even better.

Nice mods! Did you replace your rotors yourself? I have new rotors that I want to install myself, but don't know how to get them off!

yeah i dont doubt that the stoptech stage 2 kit is better then my stuff .. i just wanted the drilled/slotted rotors and better front pads .. i spent way less then the stoptech stuff ..

thanks for the compliments .. i didnt do them .. i had my bro (mechanic) do them .. not sure how to help ya w/ the install .. but yeah i think they look great .. they do perform a little better then stock when combined w/ the TRD front pads .. i think they offer a nicer look to the inside of the rim then stock ..

here are a few more pics that i just took today:

I like your wheels, i havent seen them before. They especially look well with BCP. I dont see why people dont like the Factory Pedistal Spoiler It keeps things subtle and tidy. But i only like it on certain colors like Super White, Black Cherry Pearl, and Nautical Blue Metallic. The other colors i would rather see the Lip Spoiler.

im making another big purchase .. hopefully i get it soon .. i may have it by Hot Import Nights on April 29th at the Bayside Expo in Boston .. im getting a set of Tanabe Pro S-OC Type 2 Coilovers ... i wanna stop the front tires from hittin the inside of the wheel well which rubbed a hole in the plastic .. gonna raise my car up a half inch or more in the front or so .. the set up will also have higher dampening so i wont bounce so much .. i feel this will be a very useful upgrade .. its alot of $ .. but it is somethin that will help me when the seasons change .. i can raise up my car to almost stock height for the winter (i also have 15" steel wheels w/ snows) and drop it down for the rest of the year .. also .. side note .. im gonna get a DC Sports Front Strut Brace as well .. heh .. pretty much just for the looks .. i already have a Progress Rear Swaybar .. so i feel that these things will dramatically improve the suspension and give me the changeability that i want .. and by the way .. a friend of mine (Joe@Dezod) told me that Tein Coilovers in general were very stiff .. and that the Tanabe's were a more comfortable ride .. along w/ added response .. well ill keep ya updated .. hope to have them in by the end of the month like i said .. all depends on how quick i can get the $ .. heh ..
