Once the door panel is off. There are a couple of tabs, press those and it pops right off, then the window buttons pop right out of the covers.

No need to take off the door panel.

Slip a thin screwdriver or butterknife under the front of the switch covers and push it in, towards the back. They will pop right off. Do not try to go in from the back, you must push the metal tab which is in the front.

This pic should help. sorry for the crappy pic, this was with my old camera. The front of the vehicle is to the right in the pic.

Thanks for the tip Max!
What about the rear ones? Same thing ?
This is going to save me from removing the panels.

I am not one hundred percent sure, but I know they were easier, and I definitely did not have to remove the panels. Perhaps the clips are on both sides???
