I'm going to recommend Manfredi Toyota/Scion on Staten Island.

They always seem to have 1 or 2 tC's in stock, and work very fast to get you in and out.

 

Toyota of manhattan on something like 49th street and 11th or 12th avenue. they're a huge dealership. i've never gotten any svcing from them but they seem really really professional and i feel that the job would be done right. again, im saying this just out of dealing with them for a few days. i got my xB from them.
