I raced 2 different mustang gt (both automatic), 2000-2002's.

The tC does win for a few gears but if you go fast enough the mustang will win, usually the beginning of 4th gear.

 

injen cold air, megan header and s-pipe, greddy sp2 exhaust, and twm stage 2, i have tein coilovers, but those dont really do much in the drag race lol

 

Don't be stupid. If you race, take it to the track. Last fall (here in east TN) two girls where hit at a stop light when a 19-year-old in aMustang GT and a guy in his late 30's driving Viper were racing on the street. They were pushed over 300 feet before the CRV they were in exploded. The driver was killed (she was crowned homecoming queen a couple hours earlier), the passenger was severly burned (she's still recovering).

If you want to take your own life in your hands, fine. But don't endager everyone else. If all these races listed here were at the track, the cool, I'm glad to see people doing what the enjoy, I've been to the track a couple times myself. But please be careful.

 

Dont worry, you'll all get burned eventually. It all comes back around... you idiots that race on the street are freakin pitiful... U can spend the 25.00 to go open bracket race? Most of you are prolly in california trying to be Spilner. i hope you get whats coming to you idiots. just remember that they are putting those cam's at redlights now.. two guys got arrested here in de cause they ran from a dig, camera got both plates, cars impounded and 90 days in jail 2 days later... don't beleive it? then let it happen. This post needs to change to TRACK RACING what have you beaten.

 

Just to add to my last post, the guy in the Mustang is facing one count of second degree murder and two counts of attempted second degree murder (he had a passenger in his car). He is the one who hit them. The guy in the Viper is facing one count of second degree murder and one count of attempted second degree murder. The state of TN is making an example out of them, as well they should.

I took a Civic Si (ugly hatchback, not the new one) that had an exhaust at the very least. I've got the Megan Racing Header, but I also had a friend in the car with me, full tank of gas, and a bunch of crap in the back.

 

I killed a lancer ralli art who thaught he was real hot stuff he swore up and down that i was turbo, so I poped my hood and laughed cuz im bone stock except for trd exhaust.

I had a really good race against a '02 GT eclipse 5speed last night.. I had him off the line, then in 3rd he came back and it was very close. I think I might of had a 1/4 car length on him, but I would call it a tie.

 

Tiburon GT with Greddy Evo2, Injen CAI, Performance Clutch and Flywheel.

Ford Focus not SVT with Exhaust and Intake (doesn't really count just for the very fact that it's a Focus.

....only car iv lined up with was a 4dr grand am 4cyl......i was driving behind them goin the speed limit and i put my blinker on to switch to the other lane and they cut me off so i got back to the other lane and they did it again ....so i rode like that untill we reached the light and i switched into the other lane to get beside them it was a car full of ppl i guess they were tring to be cool or funny but i was the only one laughin wen the light turned green i kinda screwed up on the shifting im still new to the stick but it was still funny watchin there headlights get farther and farther away
