im loving the N2.. but many believe the HKS muffler angle is not straight enough saying it angles TOO much

while the dT style looks kinda plain imo..


but to many people, its all about sound!!

 

yea im diggin the N2 style but i love the whole supra looking exhaust slightly angled up and slightly angled to the left/right. but many people like the stock looking approach. best bet is 2 make 2 types haha

 

Ark N2 Style : not my taste but if so angle it where it will fit OEM lip kit and has enough clearance so it wont burn the bumper.

Ark DT-s Style : I prefer this but i would like a bigger straight thru muffler not chambered because most would want to deaden the rasp.

I dont mind to be a guinea pig for the muffler coz im local

n2 if it comes out straight and not angled, we already have the HKS and Megan that are slanted.

this is nice if its angled to the side and upward (as pictured above). HKS's muffler for the tC doesnt have the JDM upward angle, which is why I didnt buy it. lol.

 

i like the dt-s style. i think the jdm lean/angle is getting played out.

n2 but straight... angles can pose the biggest problem when going up a steep incline or speed bump or object on the road..

keep it straight and nicely tucked up high and the N@ is a winner.

We made a both exhaust spec. N2 and DT-S spec.

we just put prototype yesterday. I may post some picture later... 2.5" pipe awsome look !!

Well.. We try to make it straight. but TC has not enough space to bend pipe, and if we make straight sound level will increase because canister muffler size also reduced small & it will drop performance with too many curve bending on muffler. But we have DT-S ver. also for some of decent tuners... 2 choice for all...

When will you guys have sound clips or videos or pictures of this exhaust? If it sounds anything like the megan Im def getting it I can't stand that damn bumper defect..
