I want to say that the roll in info will be somewhat similar to the Portland one you guys were in. But that's just me taking a guess

she is willing to be flexible with are roll in times, but I need to know when people can make in it ASAP! As of now roll in is until 10pm fri the 3rd, but since the show doesnt start until 4pm on sat, some people will be able to roll in early on Sat. ASAP! people, ASAP!, I also need to know how many people are registerd so I can get us a good spot, I know I dont want to be on the wall. I don't care if your car is stock muddy and on blocks I want it there, it's all about support. Wheres the love, It's a sad day when I can get support from Scion owners from other clubs and not our own, No offense Ratcityrain, I really appreciate your support.Come on guys, ASAP! Immensely bummed that the Washington guys can't round up the folks... It'd be LAME to have more Portlanders than Washingtonians at a Seattle show... We had center stage at the Portland Show and it was AWESOME... getting the same at the Seattle show requires numbers and I'm sure KaLel can pull it off it we have the people...

Which plug, if its the one on the converter you just need to get an extention cord to replace the one on the converter, if you need power at the show I just need to send an email, Im not sure the cost yet.

Hey KalEl.....I want to give you a big thanks for all the work you are doing to assist & aid others in getting ready for this show. Are they going to let us roll in fri night & leave enough space for the PDX guys? If they will, then we need to have a total head count before then so we can let them know. I guess there won't be many C-Town guys or gals supporting the Scion life @ this show. So thanks to you guys/gals from the PDX area for supporting the Scions up here too.

Also, does anyone know how this works. Do they give us our bracelet & crizap @ the door when we show up w/ our cars or does this crap get mailed to us? I emailed them to ask about roll in, but haven't heard anything yet & I like to know the times so that the people who are rolling in on fri can meet up & go in @ the same time.

I would like to leave here real early Saturday, get up there and wash the car (need help with a location), get to the roll-in and detail like crazy until the show starts at four. Stay Saturday night (need a room) and play around in Seattle Sunday befor driving back down.

I'll roll in Friday night cause I can just stay drive over from my office which is only a 15 min drive from the stadiums. We'll do the detail thing Friday night and be back on Saturday.

I'll be going as early as possible for to help the PDX guys roll in and get ready Saturday morning Gabi will be there too.

Well according the email i got today, no one is allowed in there till 2pm to even touch thier cars, but i am sure if sat roll in is approved or able to happen then there will be exceptions i am sure.

I'm going to ask some of my friends who have business's if they'll let me borrow their stanchions. Also, I'll check with Heartland Scion (one of our sponsors) if they'll let us borrow theirs. I'm sure that if they are not using them, they'll let us borrow them.
Any idea, about how big a section we'll be covering? I was trying to picture 15 Scions in my driveway.... then I got side tracked with the thought.... cool... lol..

BUT, with 15 cars, that's gonna run at least 350 feet of rope and the neccesary stanchions...

ok, for 350' of chain and 35 stanchions, it'll cost $17 per car. Let me know if you all want it. It's about $5 per stanchion and $.20 ft for the chain +tax(wa). I can get less too. If we just want to get 1/2 of that or just 100' plus 10 stanchions, that'd be about $7 per car.

The Seattle folks who can roll-in Friday night will have to create the layout for the whole group. Then when we roll the rest of the cars in at 2pm (I think we are still waiting on exact time) we will fill in the spots "reserved" by the team on Friday. So, Seattle guys decide where to meet up and get to the venue, finish up your details etc. then roll-in (Rope off our area if that can be arranged in time). Saturday early morning (Tim suggested 7 am at Jantzen beach sheri's) we leave PDX for Seattle. Upon arrival we will need to comandeer a location for major cleaning of our cars and then detail up to show level in time to roll-in (Seems logical that they would have us come in at 2pm) , pop-up the tent, hang the banners, finish last minute detail, donn our new Shirts and get ready to greet the crowds. Sound like a plan?

You don't need to bring anything with you registration wise.... they'll just ask your name and confirm you have less than 1/4 tank of gas...

Here we go they only have 11 of us as registerd and paid, kelly and sheep have not paid, I cant get a hold of them, Thurs is the last day to register, Tim power will be a flat fee of 60, if we bring a splitter we can all run off of it, if peoples cars are set up for power connection. Roll in for pdx people is 12pm on Sat. As of right now, they said they think were the only Scions entered, There should be an Xb and TC class.

Tim bring some cash to the show for power, Id bring 80, just incase, If other people use it you can split the cost. What ampage are you using and what kind of connection for the car? That way I can get the write connection for my car and possible split the cost with you

Well since the entrance for roll in is in the north parking lot, the closest & easiest I can think of is to meet @ either safeco's garage or the parking lot their on 1st ( which I think is the homeplate lot). Otherwise we'll have to go farther south or north to find a parking lot where everyone can pull in & meet up.

theres one off of the 320th exit....west side of the freeway... coming from the south youd get off at 320th, go west.... over the freeway.. then a u-turn at the next light... gas station right next to the southbound onramp to I-5...

Just spent most of the day detailing: wash, clay bar, wash again, wax, interior cleaning. Hope the weather stays nice so I'd only have to wipe down up there.
