You may want to run the box by a wheel shop or brake shop and have the lugs torqued though, those front rotors are subject to warp if they are just tightned up with a lug wrench.

No, in fact, an air wrench should not be used to install lug nuts. You don't want the guy accidently installing your Scion wheels with an air wrench set to "semitruck"!

A regular torque wrench is perfectly adequate.
