Silly question for the smokers?

Though, hopefully, will be done with the smoking thing soon.

Depends on what your smoking......
Cigerettes leave a stagnent odor where mary jane does not.....
I smoke mary jane in my xb almost every day and still smells new, just open the window when you smoke....

i've personally never seen brown stains on a cars interior from smoke, i smoked in my eclipse and bmw, never noticed any smoke stains. did notice some damn burns in my eclipse. thinking the window was down i go to ash my cigg and slam my hand against the window, cherry burns my hand and then burns my carpet. other times i forget i have a cigg and burn my headliner when i go for the visor. no burns in the xa yet though. :D
I used to be a detailer at a used car lot and believe me, I've seen several cars so stained, it was disgusting.
This one old couple bought a Cougar (this was around 90-91). I shine the hell out of it and bring it up front and the first thing she puts in it is her sandbag ashtray from their old 76 Celica they traded in. They get in, both light up a stick and THEN he starts the car and they drive away... Don't even crack a window.
Their trade-in car was perfectly straight, ran good, but smelled like a dive bar a 3:00am and had a yellow stain on EVERYTHING. I tried to detail the car for our Grade B lot and after awhile we gave up and sent it to auction.
Quit before it's too late!
BTW, Ozium works good to kill odors and not eliminate that new car smell - which is actually chemicals coming out of all the plastics but that's another story...
