Default How hard is it?

so i have seen some people with painted interior, where you can get the molded cf applique or w/e (around the control panel and the display above it) and i was wondering how hard it is to get that off to paint it. also i was wondering how hard/time comsuming it would be to take off the a/c control. and while im at it i might as well ask if anyone knows the color number of "envy green" cuz i would like to paint the interior with that color. thanks

Dashkits are here : There are many other places as well.

How hard is it to get the center part of the dash off. Its as easy as unscrewing 2 screws and pulling it out. Disconnect 3 wire harnesses adn your done. Very simple once you do it once or twice.

What do you mean by take off the a/c control. If you mean the **** they just pull right off. They are not held on with anything.

pull ac ***** off... undo 2 screws... starting from bottom...pull up on lower silver side pieces... one side at a time.. and should pretty much pop off with a light tug or 2 once you get it started...

check the tech section ..and anything dealing with how to change anything in the center console part should tell ya how to do it too

Be very very very carefull when pulling as not to break the top tabs off that hold the dash kit in. if you break them off there is nothing to hold the top part in.
