Default Question about exhaust systems

Where can I find the best quality exhaust system for a cheap price and also, will it void the manufacture's warranty?

i suggest the megan racing gen 2 cat back exhaust. its less than 300 bucks, and it is a full 2.5 inch cat back with a nice "jdm" slant going out to the muffler.
