Just like the title says, I installed my fire engine red TRD FSTB this afternoon, on what must've been the coldest day of the year! Installation was pretty straightforward, the only tricky part was working around a bracket that interfered with the nut on the left rear driver's side strut mount. But other than that, it was pretty easy. I took the car for a test drive afterwords to see how it felt, and I noticed a definite improvement in cornering. The car felt nimble through corners, and I felt a lot more confident taking well known turns at higher speeds than normal. Body roll seems to ahve been reduced somewhat, and it feels less "floaty" through turns. I feel like I can actually follow a curve without having to make course corrections throughout. All in all, a good mod, and a ncie start for my planned suspension upgrades.
Don't be hating on the dirty engine, it is winter in new England!
