So i am a day away from graduating, and as i am leaving the house this morning to get some breakfast with my honey, a neighbor knocks on the door. She says she SAW some kid throw a jump kick on my rear hatch door of my xB. So i call the cops, and of course the kid isnt up the street at the house, But she identifies one of the other kids as having been there. The cops are like, sorry, i hope you have insurance. WHAT THE ____? Why cant people keep to themselves, i mean i could understand a loose door in a parking lot, but getting keyed or having your car jump kicked. I think i am going to beat someones ___ next week, even if just for fun.

Find his parent's and tell them they are on the hook for the punk's actions. They may just step up and pay you, they may not but you know that'll be worse than anything you can do without breaking the law...

I know its not the popular stance, but THAT's exactly why this kinda crap happens. When I was a kid and you pulled this crap and someone saw it, it would get back to your peeps and you'd get busted (and rightly so). take pictures, get an eye witness account of who and what happened, call you insurance, and they will take care of the rest. They will end up paying alot more then just the damages......

I had a friend that had some problems like this one time. He never said a word to anyone about it. He just took a .357 bullet and placed it on the dash, standing straight up. No one ever touched his ride again.
