Wiring Aftemarket Fog Lights

I found this while looking for a method to wire my Hella fogs. When the weather warms up a bit, I'll do it. Check this out...

alrighty then, now who can explain what all this b87a, a85, etc etc is? I'm assuming that they are where you connect wires to the relays. I've got a pair of PIAA driving lamps comming in so I need to figure this out sometime :D
