This event will be a great time for anyone who likes to listen to amazing DJ's, interested in fashion, loves art, and is generally a FUN person!!! talked to the promoter last night again!

here is the deal. . .

there will be an actual car show happening at noon from a club called "midnight club" from the midwest. they are bringing in a huge crowd all by themselves and anyone who wants to participate can enter that show for $10. there will be a DJ, food for sale, alcohol for sale, and they are talking about doing a bikini car wash as well. this will be from 12-6pm and they are having their own prizes and all for that. Apparantly they have been getting sponsors for this for a long time and have a few thousadn dollarrs worth of stuff to get rid of at this show, so it could be well worth entering if your car is HOT!

Inside (which I will get the driver of any Scion into for free - 1 $25 value. Your passengers will have to pay) there will be DJ's playing from noon on Saturday until around 6 am on Sunday!! There will be a live art exhibition. They are going to have like 8 or 10 people get on stage and paint to music, which could be pretty cool. There will be coordinated Fashion shows throughout the day and at night they will just have models get on stage wearing the vendors products.

They are bringing in a pretty nice mix of DJ's from all over the country. I don't know a whole lot about DJ's, but from what I understand this is like the biggest line up of musicians in Missouri for the whole year! They will have DJ's outside and inside, as well as a VIP room which is Lounge style.

The real party starts at 9pm where thye will begin the party like nothing we've seen before. They have 3 bands playing and then beats all night long and into the early morning.

basically, this isn't a full on out "car show" like we've seen before, and it won't be anything like s3. This is more branding promotionally for Scion and we are inviting the owners to come out for a unique experience that will never be duplicated. There is a full on out car show for those of you who want to attend, but it isn't hosted by Scion or anything. What you can expect is to be able to come down and have a festival like feeling to alot of good DJ's in an environment that is fun, exciting and Scion through and through. There will be a bunch of cars out to look at, and Scion will be there handing out coll stuff and telling the public about our cars. We welcome you to bring your car to the show and get VIP parking right in front of the doors to the venue where everyone will see your car. The benefit to you? You get into this grassroots art and music festival for free and a chance to get some great Scion swag. You'll see some of your Scion online buddies and if you wanted to, participate in what promises to be a HUGE car show from the Midnight Club.

This venue is also connected to a hotel so if you need a room to stay in, they have concert rates of $50 oer room. The venue is called The Oasis and it is right off of I-44. Simple to get to, take the Glenstone exit and head south like 2 blocks, you'll see a huge sign the says The Oasis and that's where we are at. come down whenever you like and head out whenever you like. There will be plenty for you to do and see, but mostly just come out and have a good time on us. We'll get you in, what you do from there is up to you!

Hey, i will be there, but still confused on the pricing, and the time of the entire program.

clarification for pricing . . .

you get into the car show and the event for free.

if you want to enter the VIP room, there is an addional charge, but I don't know how much. I think there will be plenty of other things you can do so don't worry about that.

to enter your car into the car show, they will charge $10 and they are working out with the sponsors exactly what they are giving away, but rest assured, i will get a little something for the best Scion!

if you bring a guest, they will have to pay for admission.

admission to the car show is 5$, admisison to the event is 25$, or 20$ if you already paid the 5 to get into the car show.

the car show goes from noon on the 1st(sat) until 6pm on the 1st. inside there will be fashion shows, art exhibits, DJ's, food and drink. there will be a DJ outside playing during the car show and keeping everyone entertained while they look at the cars.

Looked over the flyer, but i see the car show is from 12 noon to 8pm, but from what i been reading......this is going on till the break of dawn...? lol

No, but seriously i was just wondering what exactly was going down, or if the flyer was it.

Pretty much the entire event goes from 12 PM on Saturday until 6 AM on Sunday morning. Obviously you aren't expected nor have to stay the entire time. The car show is from noon until 8 PM and if you are going to show your car then you will want to be there during those times. Let me know if you have any other questions.

wow, I just woke up . . . that was a blast. thank you to everyone who showed up! All of ScienrgyOZ, as well as a few from out of town, rob, shayn, and budda! Ken kim brought am ex stl member out and I am not sure what happened to everyone, there was so much going on it was hard to keep track of.

OK. I was cool loosing to a domestic at a import show. But what you said was that I won, but they gave it to someone else? Why?
