I got the stage 2 short throw with a twm classic satin knob. Nice and heavy, super short throws, and the satin colkor matches the interior color perfectly. maximus96 03-09-2006, 10:01 PM i had a greddy weighted ball knob before i sold it. it looked good and felt great shifting. the twm knobs are so expensive...for that price you can get youself a fancy momo knob. Well whatever you decide, don't get the factory knobs through the dealership. You can find those cheaper online then the dealership will charge you. Dr_Isotope 03-10-2006, 03:40 AM Ergonomics first, appearance a distant second. Everyone has their own preference for skiftknob shape/size/weight. I couldn't find anything that fit all three to my liking, so I made my own. I think the OP would've gotten their knob by now... You never know... :P Elijahtc 08-20-2007, 11:18 PM I want some suggestions for one that would fit an automatic. Doc, do u have anything like that? Dr_Isotope 08-20-2007, 11:57 PM I can make of of my styles threaded for automatic. I've done half a dozen knobs for auto so far, I think. ExpresScion 08-21-2007, 01:01 AM Dr. I, do you have any pics of your auto knobs? I've never seen them on your site. Dr_Isotope 08-21-2007, 01:16 AM They look exactly the same as manual knobs, only they're threaded for auto. If you're not doing a boot conversion, I make the base of the knob more tapered, so it flows better. It's pretty heavy and makes shifting a little easier http://www.logicperformance.com/data/images/greddy_knob_counterweight.jpg Makaveli 08-26-2007, 05:07 AM http://www.dslextreme.com/users/makaveli/Pics/P8240012.JPG Ace83 08-26-2007, 06:35 AM I have doc I's weighed shift knob, its comftable to hold and shift.
