I just want to know how many people truly would buy new tc tails if they were a new style and were led? -- and not ___ like the tyc's that only look cool on darker cars... and if you are interested what would you be willing to pay for them? -- if you post a reply please stay within the topic.

 

I love my TYC tails on my CSM!! May not be your of your liking but I like them a heck of a lot better than the stock ones.

 

I don't know about anyone else, but i don't want any tail light that has chrome or stuff in it. Too ricey imo. Since i have a BSP tC, i'd love for something like this:



They are off of a BMW E60 and I think they are of the style I am thinking about.

 

I'd like to get new tail lights, but only if they look great... I am still deciding if I should go with TYC (bsp here) and put a red overlay over it...

 

Since the day I bought my tC, I've been waiting for someone to put out some decent tails. It would be ideal if someone would make some like the new lexus rx 350 tail lights (there's no color at all unless the lights are on.) And if that doesn't happen, I'd love just a nice clean silver and red tail light like the new nissan maxima. Nothin cheesy that looks completely aftermarket like ya see all over civics. If some tail lights that looked good came out, I'd be willing to pay up to $250-$300 for them. But they'd have to look GOOD!

 

IMO the TYC tail lights look good when they are tinted like this...

on the sw it looks good but I would definitly like to see a new tail light and would consider buying them if it fit my style unlike the tyc's

 

Are you doing market research so that you can price a product that you are going to produce, or are you just another one of us who is curious about LEDs but doesn't have many options?

 

I want something like the G35 tails or the Infiniti M Series tails.

I like the all red with LEDS like theirs.

^^^^Ditto, I would like something a bit more luxury looking like the G35 or infiniti. I'm going for more of a sporty/luxury look for my BCP tc and I would like tails that stay within that theme....willing to pay $250-300 ONLY IF they come with LEDs AND NO FRIGGIN ORANGE!!!!!!!!!!

The amber really doesn't look that bad on a BCP. I was worried about it too at first, but they look great in person.

 

yeah no orange . you can always do the double layer vinyl.

 

if it looks pretty classy like the others said above like a G35 or M45...I would definately jump on those being all LED of course...

Do some tails that have a black housing in the back with leds coming out of it. To fix the issue with reflecrtors to make them legal just put red reflectors on the side.

 

get the heck up outa here wit that ish young? they r just tail lights. they r classified as a visual mod, not performance when peeps c custom tails they say LOOK at those tails. any frickin way, the meaning of RICE is the application of incorrect or unfinished mods. if u dont know...............READ UP!! knowing is half the battle

Didn't know "ricey" was in the dictionary there buddy. I'm not feelin the typical chrome and red look that you're wantin. I think most people want somethin to keep it lookin clean, but different at the same time. The tyc tails were a good attempt, but I don't think it's quite what most of us are lookin for. I drive a tC. Not a civic. I want a good lookin set of tail lights. Nothin ricey.
