i am sorry, but that is just not my favorite thing to see,
but it takes ingenuity, props for skill and engineering.

NO, the worst mod is the CF stickers for your gas lid.
That one may be "ugly" but it certainly took some skill - putting all that leverage on the front quarter without the thing imploding is amazing, if not my cup of tea.

You can't even tell how the heck they are supposed to latch. Can you imagine what it would sound like to slam those puppies. BAM!!!

Very strange indeed and very impractical. The best door arangement would be to reverse lambo the rears and suicide the fronts.

 

Wow! I just realized that you guys were talking about the doors! I was thinking you guys meant the hood! Yeah the doors are a very interesting mob indeed!

...and just for laughs - you would think that anyone going to THAT much trouble would have removed the tire pressure sticker from the dirver's doorjamb, and the silly stickers underneath the hood...

that said, I still give props to that. quite an endeavor.

 

what would be funny is if all the rest of the body/fenders latched off but the doors stayed where they were.

 

big_birds right the pass sides just a lambo on the front, not like the drivers side, i've got the lambo doors on my xB, my head hurt lining the doors up, but gezzzzz lining it up with the back welded to it???, OMG, props to the guys that took that job! kind of dig the hood............

 

Next he will have to mod the hatch door to swing open from the side...Hmmm

 

Or split them and let the top go up and the bottom go down like a Jimmy

 

Or even split side to side...a lot of work but he did the double door lambo he could do the hatch mod.

 

has anyone sucessfully done a swing-away or jimmy hatch mod?

 

damn, he could have at least shaved the door handles...
