I'm looking to sell my 2006 Scion tC and I'm not sure what they're going for used since I don't see many. It's a Black Cherry Pearl 5 Speed with 8,000 Miles and I'm the original owner. All stock besides floormats. Any inside would help. Thanks!

 

Probably nearly the same you paid for it... check out KBB.com for some ideas. They can do a trade price, private sale price, or retail price. Should help a little.

 

not kidding my local dodge dealer offered me 19k for my tc with 18k miles on it i almost sold rite there but dodge had nothign i wanted lol

 

All they had was for 2005. I was thinking $14,995 would be a good price for someone to snag it. It's mint.

I just looked up my car on kbb.com - 05 since 06 wasn't available, 7000 miles, excellent condition, auto and front / side air bags - and got $18,600 private party value.

I'm impressed.

 

could i really sell it for around $18k?
i still owe $11k on my '05... and i have about $6k in other miscellaneous debt... i never considered selling my car but now it doesn't seem like such a bad idea.
what would you guys do in my situation?

 

I am in the market for a cheep tc and i cant find one the dealers in indianapolis and they want 1 to 2 grand more for a used one than a new one which sucks for me with not alot of money.

go on autotrader or yahoo autos and do a search for a used '06 tC to see how they're priced... you can specify mileage, etc...

 

Yeah they're priced pretty high, some higher than new. I was looking for someone that maybe had already sold an 05' or 06' for acutal pricing for what they SOLD it for.

just sold mine... had it on autotrader.com and it sold for 16.5k in two days (had a few mods... intake, springs, tint, fogs, strut bar). i'm now looking to get a '97-'99 integra (maybe gsr)

 

With the prices of pe-owned tCs you might as well buy a knew one. Its incredible how a car increases in value after you buy it.

 

yeh i was interested on selling my tC too, my fiancee is having a baby and we were looking into a 4 door car, we were looking at the wrx wagon but i wonder how much i could get for my rs1.0 minor mods and only 14k miles on it!!
