Not sure about Georgia, but here in New Jersey there is an aggressive driver hotline where you can report drivers to the state police.

I wouldn't bother. He'll eventually get caught himself, or wreck his car.

Reporting it now isn't going to do anything.. You don't have any proof.

report it, it works
he gets a letter in the main with a WARNING, and the second time its called in, he is fined. have it here in MD and VA, seen it happen (not to me)

if they have one of those hotlines, call it or just report it if you FEEL YOU have to
otherwise, let him crash and learn the hard way

High Occupancy Vehicle, 2+ person driving lane. I sometimes go 105, at 3am where i consider it safe, not in rush hour traffic, how's being a witness and having his plate number not proof? you can call in for DUI report.

personally, i don't want ____wits like this one making a bad stigma.

HOV stands for high occupancy vehicle lanes.. They're reserved for vehicles with 2 or more passengers, to reduce traffic.

F@#$wit
Yeah...stuff like that scares me when I'm driving into Chicago...3-4 lanes wide and somebody is trying to go twice as fast as everybody else, weaving thru all lanes....scary.
I don't have an issue with speed on an open road, though.

There's no way that would hold up in court.. there's no proof at all.

You can't get fined from some random person calling in and saying "this person was driving crazy" .. People would be making things up left and right just because they didn't like the other person or their car. Do you have any idea how many fake claims their would be if this is really how things worked?

Being a witness and having his plate number isn't proof..

You could of just saw this car, wrote down his plate number, then made up the story.. I'm not saying that's what you did, but you need proof.

And yeah, you can report DUI's.. and the cops will try to pull them over WHILE they're still driving under the influence.. If the person drove back to their house, and then got a letter 3 weeks later, it's not going to prove anything.

VA is a commonwealth state. They pretty much do what they want ignoring federal guidelines. This wouldnt happen in a normal state.
