I search but their are no post on what's VIP

My wife likes some of the vip styled xB's floating around. I am trying to find information on it and can't (Yes I searched vip, VIP, V.I.P, vipstyle, etc. . . ) just wondering where are the best places to find affordable vip styled merchandise besides JP.
