btw. any suggestions on how much to lower for some 19's?

thinking about getting 19x7.5 wheels and and 215 35 19" tires.

2005 PW picked it up on June 8th and it's getting rims and springs as i'm typing this. I'll post some picks tonight after i pick it up.

Got my '05 TCM xB on May 28. Was told they had to go to the 05 model, because I requested Cruise Control on it, and they could not do that to the 04 models. Don't know if there is any truth to that statement?

Should have mine by next weekend. Dealer is locating one Monday and doing a dealer trade. Should be wrapped up by next weekend. Gotta double-check Monday to see if my wheels are in stock.

Hey,got my Pw 5 spd on wed,took off to miami on fri,drives great,came home sat,caught a rock in the windsheild,cant get a new one till next week.I have the air bags,looking for wheels,havnt decided,leaning towards 19 in racing harts.I am interested in joining a crew or starting one in Jax,let me know who is interested. :twisted:

I picked up my XB on May 19th. The dealer told me it was the first 2005 XB sold in CA. I signed the paperwork on the 15th though-had to have cruise control added by the dealer! :lol:

What sort of new options are offered on the 2005, besides cruise control as previously mentioned... I should be getting my xB within a Month.... have to find the right one first, and I CAN'T find a SINGLE 5spd to test drive out here!!!

i bought a thundercloud 5-spd, one of only three in CA the day the dealer got it.... Luckey i guess... I love me box... :D

pardon my ignorance, but what's the difference between the 2004 and 2005? anything new on the body style?

thier is no difference between 2004 an 2005 body style wise...

I'll be scooping mine up in about two weeks. My parents live in Venezuela and i have to wait for my pink slip for my Maxima to come in before i can trade it in. I cant wait. :D

I haven't heard of anything different on the 2005 XB models other than there is a mirrors on driver side visor now. Anyone else know if there is anything else different?

I've been waiting for a month, i've been in a rent -a -car (free) I have the car now its on the lot but they dont have my rims ( 19''s ) so I told them screw u im riding in the rent a car till i get the rims and they gave me 3 free years of service nice !!! but sucks i gotta wait !!

Got my 2005 polar white on 15 Jun. Sold a 2003 Dodge SRT-4 to get it. No regrets at all. My xB has 18's with 215/35 tires, Hotchkiss STB, flowmaster knock-off muffler with 3.5" tip. I'm planning on getting a DVD system installed, with an 8" flip-down monitor, and the DVD player put in that covered storage bin right underneath the radio. I'd like to eventually get the car lowered, because it's got a 3" gap right now between the top of the tires and the bottom of the wheelwells. Maybe TRD or Tein springs should do the trick.

Great car, decent acceleration, good mpg, and a great blank canvas to work with. Not to mention all the looks is gets...

Got mine on June 3rd. I actually ordered 04 (didn't even know 05 was coming out this early) but it took them more than 4weeks to find the one I wanted, and it just happened to be this 05. Gladly paid $30 more.
I already installed the DC strut bar (top front), and it is awesome!!! I also ordered tanabe springs to lower 2" for 18x7 wheels which I'm still shopping for.
Just don't have enough money to fully have fun with it.

Just put a deposit down for my auto camo xb. I was told it could take upwards of a month to get it in. Trying to decide if I want to be lazy and pay extra for a couple accessories or get motivated and do them myself.

i got my polar white 05 xb on june 7th and i live in cincinnati i was the first delivery at their dealership and i absolutly love it...right now im planning on getting tein basics and 18" volk te37s

Dealer must've just taken delivery of mine, 'cuz it only had 1 mile. The one I test drove already had 40+ miles on it, and the salesman said we'd make the deal on the one with 1 mile. No argument from me there! Besides no one else having driven it, the dealership also didn't get the chance to mount the front license plate frame, so the front bumper is unmolested. I'm going to leave it that way, even after I get my plates, and hope the cops around here don't pull me over for not having a front license plate...

I just ordered my 2005 Polar White xB today. Will be receiving it tomorrrow or Thursday. It was straight off the back of the dealership lot waiting to be inspected. Never been test driven. :D

Yeah Boy, got my '05 Camo five-speed on Tuesday (13th). Only option was a speed control. First tank yielded 27 mpg. Stock sound system could use improvement. A/C works fine. Slight dash buzz (TSB). Really happy! :P
