WTF? What were the sparks and stuff? That didn't look healthy. I hope you had trays or something under the rear tires.

The stability control doesn't allow for good e-brake snow drifts. Oh well. Longer life on the e-brake I guess.

I have a custom exhaust and the only "performance" mod I have is the cold air intake.

 

What type of intake are you running?

I just got the same cold air intake off E-Bay but haven't installed it yet because I got spooked by tales of these sucking up water & killing the engine. Seems to be a bit of a heated debate online. Looks like you get a bit of rain there (when it isn't frozen) ever have any problems?

 

Just reread the thread and watched your night vid -- pretty intense. Sorry, I mixed you up w the snow vid. (This is the 2nd post I've ever left, never been into message boards before.) Still interested in your opinion on H2O & the AEM cold air intake though.

 

That's cool, Just glad to have you here. I haven't had any problems with water at all, I think that is what the foam section in the middle of the intake is for. Well, that is what the manual says anyways.
