i know i got a place to stay for at least me right now, but if we split a hotel downtown, walking distance from the convention center that might be a good time too.

I dont live in indy so I am just a retarded about what hotels there are as anyone else here. I will however make a effort, to find one cause I need to find one within skateboarding distance from the show so I dont have to drive home and take 2 cars.

There are quite a few hotels surrounding the complex attached by sky walk ways. I have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott a couple of times and it is right down the street. I guess we just have to call a couple of places and get rates for that weekend. I didn't know this but the convention center is attached to the RCA dome. All entertainment is within walking distance so we can stumble where ever we want down town.

ok guy's my girl works for the westin hotel in chicago and she can get us rooms for 49/night plus tax at the Westin Indianapolis."The Westin Indianapolis is connected via covered sky-bridge to the Indiana Convention Center." so its only steps away.

Well it doesnt get any better than that. So now we just have to get the roll call list finalized by no later than the end of April so we can see how many rooms we need to reserve. The DJ and B Boys definately drew a cround, I think we should do that again. My only other idea is the VIP lounge/free give away booth. Lounge in the back and give aways up front where people could take pics with the models. I'm just saying we should do something a little different so its not exactly the same as Chicago. Everyone start throwing ideas on here and we can come up with something crazy.

If they need a number now I would just go with 30 rooms. We had 30 cars for HIN Chicago and were trying to go bigger than that for Indy. I know people are obviously going to share rooms so I think 30 is a safe number for now. It sounds like a lot but you never know what kind of response were going to get in the next 2 months. Better safe than sorry I always say. If thats to many to reserve knock it down to 25 or 20. They said as long as we give them a days notice of how many we dont need 30 should be fine. Thats just my 2 cents if anyone else has an amount lets hear it.

I don't know about you guys but I could care less about sleepin on a bed. I would thing 2 cars per room would be enough... Chicago hin was expensive enough and if we will be paying 100 + 60 + gas + cleaning + shirts + booze = a fairly large amount of money to spend on mods... $57.50 might be a little steep for registration considering i'm stock.

maybe I'll tag along and just hang out at the Scion area.
